Raphan Paint and Finish Co. partners with property managers and landlords alike to simplify the tenant-turning process for your properties. Our work results in faster turnaround times, minimizing vacancies and ensuring every new tenant has a clean and high quality property to move into.
You will meet with our team to develop an tiered action plan for when a tenant moves out, from simple touch-ups on wear and tear, to comprehensive face-lifts for spaces that were fairly beat up. We will develop a fixed pricing menu for items like filter changes, switch plate replacement, fixture replacement, and much more. Once a tenant moves out, all you need to do is call us, indicate which tier of work is needed, cover any additional menu items, and we will schedule a time to get your property turned around promptly.
We also cater to your properties’ unique needs and requirements beyond the units themselves. We can also develop a scheduled facelift and maintenance plan for your common areas, making sure your property is consistently clean and fresh

Not a problem. When you schedule to have your property turned over, we will discuss the specifics behind any additional work outside the standard maintenance tiers. If there is an item that is not on your menu, we can easily add to it, or complete it as a one-time expense if it is an item that is infrequently needed. We pride ourselves on flexibility, the only silly question is the one that never gets asked!
Depending on the amount of work needed and the size of your property, a property can be turned over in as little as one business day! When a unit is ready to be turned over, your specialist can confirm with you how many days it will take to prepare your unit to confirm it fits within your time constraints. Short of a complete re-paint and major drywall work, most units will be ready in 48 hours from the time work begins.
